OPPO Successfully Donated #StayHomeStayExciting Campaign Results for Medical Warriors Shelter

Gadgetren – During the COVID-19 pandemic, OPPO has conducted various social programs to help the Indonesian people in fighting the Corona virus.

Through Find X2, OPPO has organized a #StayHomeStayExciting digital creativity competition with a total of 672 works combined from photos and participatory videos uploaded via Instagram.

The amount of this work was converted into a donation of Rp. 100 million which will be submitted to Habitat for Humanity Indonesia for humanitarian social action #TempatSinggahPejuangMedis.

Pattrick Owen as OPPO Indonesia's Chief Creative Officer revealed that he highly appreciated the enthusiasm of the community to prove that being #DiRumahAja was not an obstacle but rather a motivator in developing creativity, while contributing to COVID-19 countermeasures.

“As a continuation of the program, OPPO is working with Habitat for Humanity Indonesia to support the #TinggahMedisMedical Fighters program because it understands the great role of medical personnel during the COVID-19 pandemic,” Pattrick added.

The #StayHomeStayExciting campaign is one of the OPPO initiatives through Find X2 to inspire the public during #DiRumahAja through digital creativity. Understand the importance of innovation and creativity, especially in the face of the current pandemic.

Susanto, as the National Director of Habitat for Humanity Indonesia, revealed that his party welcomed OPPO Indonesia's support to jointly assist medical staff in getting a decent and comfortable haven so that they could get enough rest and maintain optimal stamina in handling COVID-19 patients.

“The target of this program can provide a shelter for 70% of the 600 medical workers who need a shelter and currently the National Habitat for Humanity Indonesia has accommodated 30% of the target or around 150 medical workers,” Susanto added.

With the theme “Challenge to Stay Fit”, this inaugural episode featured Aero Aswar as athletes Jetski and Danny Masrin as golf professionals who will share tips on keeping stamina fit during #DiRumahAja.

For the record, the OPPO Find X2 series comes with two models consisting of Find X2 and Find X2 Pro. Both are equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset and RAM 12 so that it has powerful performance to devour even heavy games or applications.
