In line with these good intentions, Gojek has provided thousands of masks, hand sanitizers, vitamins, and spraying vehicles with disinfecting liquids in various major cities in Indonesia and will continue to other cities.

In addition, Gojek also provides a Body Temperature Marker Card at the GoFood Merchant to help drivers know body temperature from time to time. This Body Temperature Marker Card is a guideline from Gojek which is run by various GoFood merchant partners to ensure the safety and food delivered.

This card contains information about the body temperature of the party handling the food ordered, namely the employee of the merchant partner who cooks, the employee who prepares the food, and the driver's partner who delivers the food. With this procedure, our driver partners can find out their body temperature from time to time without having to check themselves.

To reduce the spread of COVID-19, Gojek established a higher standard health procedure in @gofoodindonesia services, you know? ?? In addition, Gojek has implemented a contactless delivery system or services without direct physical contact on the GoFood and GoSend services in order to minimize direct contact between driver partners and customers by providing text messaging options in the Chat feature.

On an ongoing basis, Gojek also disseminates educational material related to corona virus prevention which follows the guidelines from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia on a regular basis through the driver partner communication channel, including the in-app notification feature.

Gojek has also imposed several new procedure for consumers as long as they travel with GoRide and GoCar to protect driver partners.
